It looks like a low flow shower head.
I do not think any type of repair could be modified to do, unfortunately.
They are very expensive, I bought at Wal * Mart.
Hello, I'm a plumber and my experience that the purchase of a new boss!
I agree with others that like a pretty head with a chrome finish and not look like something! u You can add a new 1 at Wal-Mart or Home Depot,. Wal-Mart is not over, despite Crome Nice 1!
As you probably lookin at $ 20-50 for a nice 1 HOME DEPOT!
I do not know if u do not live in Canada or Canadian Tire but also showers too good ... but if u want a cheaper solution ... Go to Walmart!

I agree with tomcom. You can add a new head for about $ 6 shower.
